Patrice Nolan was Market Research Manager at CNA Insurance where she managed the market research area responsible for identifying, evaluating, and analyzing proprietary and third party research and competitive insight to support strategic initiatives and a culture of discovery and innovation at CNA, Additionally, Patrice played a key role in the development and and management of the company's customer experience strategy. Patrice has more than 35 years of insurance industry experience. Prior to joining CNA in 2009, Patrice was a consultant at Marsh, Berry & Company, Inc. Patrice has an Associates of Applied Science, Business degree from Robert Morris University.
