Role : Research Associate
Location: Chicago, IL, Hybrid (1-2 days in office required)
Major Duties & Responsibilities
- Create and deliver impactful custom research reports that highlight key findings and convey complex data in a clear and concise manner.
- Interpret qualitative and quantitative information to develop relevant insights and determine business implications.
- Research market trends utilizing various information services.
- Assess the reliability of research findings, maintaining high standards for accuracy, relevance and quality in deliverables.
- Effectively manage multiple concurrent projects while meeting or exceeding client deadlines.
Desired Skills & Experience
- Preferred Bachelor’s Degree (+) in Marketing, Market Research, Business Administration, Finance or related field.
- Financial Services experience preferred.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills; excellent written & oral communication/presentation skills .
- Must be highly organized and possess strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills .
- Basic proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint (e.g. experience with pivot tables as well as complex charts and graphs).
Role : Research Analyst
Location: Chicago, IL, Hybrid (1-2 days in office required)
Major Duties & Responsibilities

- Assess the reliability of research findings, maintaining high standards for accuracy, relevance and quality in deliverables.
- Effectively manage multiple concurrent projects while meeting or exceeding client deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to formulate key takeaways and insights.
- Completes large volume of ad-hoc/ongoing research requests and compiles content for trend/topical reports provides clients training on database functionality.
- Client interaction – interacting with clients on research requests and supporting on client calls and presentations.
Desired Skills & Experience
- Preferred Bachelor’s Degree (+) in Marketing, Market Research, Business Administration, Finance or related field .
- Financial services experience required.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills; excellent written & oral communication/presentation skills.
- Advanced knowledge in Excel and PowerPoint (e.g. experience with pivot tables as well as complex charts and graphs).
- Basic understanding of tools like Power BI, Amazon Quicksight, and Power Automate are welcome.
